Voula Balari

Voula Balari joined EuroEnergy as General Counsel in 2020.

She has experience in the fields of corporate, contract and M&A law within the energy and industrial sectors. She has been involved in several M&A transactions in Greece and Europe, handling due diligence, corporate law, financing and refinancing issues. Her previous roles include Legal Advisor at a Greek law firm specializing in Finance Restructuring procedures, Legal Advisor at the Hellenic Bank Association and Junior Assistant at the Affiliated Law Firm of Ernst & Young, Greece

Voula holds an LL.M. from the University of Athens School of Law, an MA in International Business and Finance from Panteion University of Athens, and an LL.B. from the University of Athens School of Law.
