Marcin Marczydlo

Since joining EuroEnergy in 2024, Marcin has assumed the pivotal role of Country Manager in Poland, shaping the country's business strategy, managing the construction and development of the company's assets, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.  

His extensive professional background includes notable positions such as Country Manager at Enerland 2007 Fotovoltaica and Project Manager for RES projects at R. POWER. 

Marcin's expertise extends to the successful oversight of high-voltage networks and effective management of solar farms, including the role of Site Manager at INERGIS and other energy companies.   

Marcin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rzeszow University of Technology. Enhancing his academic background, he has enriched his qualifications by obtaining an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.
